These terms govern your use of univerancelabs.com. Using the site means you accept them.

Ownership

The content of this site — text, images, layout, code, the Univerance Labs name and marks, and the ORAX and ORAX Trust marks — is owned by Univerance Labs, LLC and protected by copyright and trade-mark law.

You may read, quote and link to this site with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale, present it as your own, or use our name or marks to endorse or promote anything without written permission.

Technical information is descriptive, not a licence

This site publishes technical detail about our products, including register maps, interface descriptions and policy behaviour. It is published so that engineers can evaluate our work.

Publication is not a licence. Nothing here grants any right in the underlying hardware IP — the RTL, netlists, layout data, timing models, or physical design collateral — nor any patent, mask-work, or trade-secret right. Those are licensed only under a separate written agreement.

In particular, the information on this site may not be used to design, implement, manufacture, or have manufactured any functional equivalent of our products.

Accuracy

We take care to keep technical figures on this site correct and derived from our own build artifacts. Even so, specifications may change, and the site may contain errors. Nothing here is an offer, a warranty, or a commitment to supply. Before designing against a part, ask us for the datasheet.

No warranty

This site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Univerance Labs is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

We link to third-party sites, including GitHub and Discord. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their practices.

Software published separately

Software we publish in a repository is governed by the licence file in that repository, which takes precedence over these terms for that software.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
